Prior to founding SparkWorks, Catherine spent 20 years in executive-level roles in HR, corporate strategy and internal communications for companies large and small. It is her dream to one day own a dog.

Leah has a knack for helping others work through their business and human capital challenges, and is currently working towards her business coaching certification. Most importantly, Leah loves all forms of cycling and dark chocolate.
