Prior to founding SparkWorks, Catherine spent 20 years in executive-level roles in HR, corporate strategy and internal communications for companies large and small. It is her dream to one day own a dog.

While she calls the midwest home via Mexico City, Lourdes has lived in sunny San Diego, cosmopolitan Manhattan, and beer town Milwaukee.

Her positive and creative energy allows her to build strong relationships, identify the missing link in communication and produce engaging content. If she’s not at work, she’s still creating. She’s a Published Author, Poet and Spoken Word Artist.
